Biltmore Domicile's terms and conditions

Rule 1

All merchandise will remain the property of Biltmore Domicile until full payment of contract, interst and service has been realized. 

Rule 2

All orders, or deposite, or full payment of goods, shall imply that the purchaser has read and fully agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Sales Agreement Specified herein. 

Rule 3

All orders must be paid in full before the merchandise is shipped or picked up by the purchaser or a representative of the purchaser

RULE 4

Merchandise is shipped at the purchaser's risk. Biltmore Domicile is not responsible for goods received damaged or broken. Please notify the carrier immediately of damage. 

RULE 5

Deposits for custom made furniture and special orders are non-refundable. Delivery and Freight charges are non-refundable. 

RULE 6

Payment of the merchandise by the customer will imply that the customer recognizes that all the necessary information and images about the merchandise has been given and received to allow a well-informed buying decision.

RULE 7

The purchaser is solely responsible for measuring and making sure that the furniture will physically fit thorugh doors and entrances. 

RULE 8

Custom and Special orders are filnal sale. No exchanges or refunds.

RULE 9

Vintage, Antiques, "as is" and sale items are final sale.

RULE 10

NO REFUNDS. Exchange or store credit only on regular priced merchandise within 24 hours of purchase. 10% re-stocking fee will apply. 

RULE 11

Prices are subject to change. Prices listed on the website or not necessarily correct. If the price is incorrect, a full refund will be given to the purchaser. 

RULE 12

Items on the website are not always exactly as shown. Please contact us if there are any questions about any of our products.

Biltmore Domicile is not responsible for typos or wrong information on the website. Biltmore Domicile is not held to mistakes on the website.
